Self-absorbed bike lane-parking morons update (of sorts)

I haven’t posted pics of self-absorbed bike lane-parking morons for some time, but I just may start again if Ljubljana’s mayor chooses to follow the lead apparently taken by his colleague in Vilnius. The best use of a tank I’ve ever seen.
